BBs Café

The Challenge

BBs Café had an attractive offer, but their e-commerce was not up to par with the brand's new expansion phase. They were renewing their visual identity, launching a coffee subscription model, and opening their first café in Vizcaya. The digital experience did not accompany this growth: the site lacked visual coherence, smooth navigation, and a clear hierarchy to guide the user.

Our Approach

We redesigned the e-commerce from the UX/UI strategy. We organized the site architecture, clarified key points in the purchase journey, and applied a visual system that reflected the new brand identity. The result was an interface aligned with the brand's tone and aspirations: clearer, more professional, and conversion-oriented.

Results

The new design accompanied the brand relaunch and helped position its value proposition digitally. Checkout abandonment was reduced, the mobile experience improved, and users began navigating with greater clarity. The site went from being functional to becoming an active sales and loyalty tool.

What They Say

We knew we wanted to take a leap with the brand, but our website had fallen behind. We didn't know how to translate all that growth into digital. Andrea not only understood what we wanted to convey, she took it further. In a few days, she delivered a design that reflected exactly the spirit of BBS: close, careful, and professional. The most valuable thing was feeling that someone was as committed as we were to making this work. And it showed in every detail. Working with Citrus Designer was one of the best decisions of this phase.
